 This live, in person continuing education conference session will define implicit bias and will discuss ways that RNs and health care workers can help reduce health disparities. The session will also discuss reducing barriers to healthcare in Michigan. Completion of the provided pre-assessment, session content and post session evaluation will fulfill required implicit bias training for state of Michigan RNs and healthcare workers.
