NAANA Scholarship - Deadline: June 30th

The National American Arab Nurses Association annually awards $500-$1000 scholarships to the most meritorious applicants who are engaged in studying nursing at the Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree or RN-BSN levels. If you or someone who know meets the qualifications below, encourage them to apply before June 30!

»Applicants must provide proof of acceptance or enrollment in an accredited nursing program at the time of application, must be of Arab heritage, citizens or permanent residents of the United States, and must reside within the US or its territories
»Applicants must show academic excellence of a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4 point scale or its equivalent Applicants must show demonstrated leadership academically, professionally, and/or through a student organization.
»Applicant must show evidence of engagement in and contribution to the health of the Arab American community.

Materials required include a completed application form, transcripts, a 1-2 page essay and a current resume (optional). More information can be found at www.n-aana.org. Don't delay! All submissions are due by June 30!
